With over 14 years in real estate and another 14 years in healthcare, I bring a rare combination of business expertise and people-first service to property management. My background in healthcare taught me how to lead with integrity, pay attention to the smallest details, and act with urgency—skills that seamlessly translate into managing properties with care and precision.

Bill Ireland is the Broker/Owner of PMI Perimeter, and he has 22 years of professional experience overall. Over the last 19 years, Bill has worked for global, national, and regional commercial real estate companies in roles spanning accounting, finance, acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, business development, and debt/equity placement. His broad career path has provided valuable experience in numerous types of real estate including office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, industrial, and ground-up development projects. Bill has always strived to provide excellent customer service to his clients nationwide.
